  My husband remembers this place from years ago and would rave about it. Not our experience yesterday! HORRIBLE SERVICE! My husband went to the restroom right away so I asked our server to come back for our drink order. 10 minutes later our group ordered 2 Bloody Mary's (one rail, one grey goose) with chasers and 2 waters. Some time later she came with only the Bloody Mary's and walked away so quickly we couldn't ask which was which. When we finally got her attention 10 minutes later to ask about the Bloody Mary's we also had to ask for the water and chasers. When the chasers came one looked like it had been drank from already because of the difference in pours. When we ordered, I was going to have the fried chicken. She informed me that it takes 20 minutes in the fryer. We had already been here more than 20 minutes to get drinks and order food and I wasn't about to hold things up so I changed to a burger. We ordered 2 burgers and a BIT and it still took almost 30 minutes to get the food. At no point did the server ask if we wanted more drinks and we waited so long for the check we wanted to just walk out. In all we were there almost an hour and a half for simple meals and 1 drink. It is definitely NOT the restaurant my husband remembered!

  Don't even bother with Kris' down the road. Service was horrible! This place had a great atmosphere with some great Classic Rock in the background, and wonderful friendly service who didn't ignore you! The Pour House burger is extremely tasty! Food was fantastic!
